restorative yoga

Restorative Yoga couples a warm and soothing light flow with deep, relaxing stretches. This class is perfect to counteract hours spent hunched over a computer, long drives in the car, and the daily stresses of modern life. All levels welcome.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a quick moving vinyasa yoga class. This class is a level 2 class and is not suitable for beginners. You're sure to break a sweat and catch a heavy dose of yoga bliss! Be sure to bring a water.

Chill Yoga

Chill Yoga is a mellow flow class. It's a slower moving class that focuses on proper form and alignment with ample flexibility training peppered throughout class. Yoga Fundamentals is great for all levels from brand new yogis to those who practice regularly.

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga gives kids an opportunity to explore their creativity while boosting their confidence. Kids Yoga weaves games, fun, and a positive accepting space with meditation/relaxation breaks to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and work out those wiggles. Suitable for children ages 4 years and up.
